These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between m77 ("we" or "us") and any player ("user" or "you") who accesses or uses the m77 platform ("Service"). By continuing to use the Service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not continue using the Service.

General Definitions

1.1 Definitions

The following terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions—

  • "Platform" refers to the m77 website, mobile browser version, and all related services.
  • "Player" refers to a person who holds a registered and active account on m77.
  • "Playing funds" refers to real Myanmar Kyat deposited by the player into their account balance.
  • "Bonus funds" refers to money or credits awarded by m77 under any promotion.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

1.2 Legal Agreement

These terms form a legal agreement between the player and m77. You must read and agree to these terms before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms for any reason, you must stop using m77's services.

1.3 Service Availability

m77's services are intended for players in Myanmar. Access from countries or locations where access is restricted is prohibited. Regardless of location, players are responsible for ensuring they comply with their local laws.

Account Registration and User Information

2.1 Account Registration

Each player may open only one personal account to use the m77 platform fully. All information provided during registration must be accurate and correct. Any account opened with false information may be closed, and funds in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account Policy

Each player must ensure they hold only one registered account on m77. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same player, m77 may close those accounts and refuse to process any withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their account Login and Password confidential. All bets and financial transactions made through a player's account are considered the player's own responsibility. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact m77 customer support immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

m77 has the right to verify a player's personal information before processing deposits or withdrawals, or before awarding bonuses. Players must respond to any follow-up requirements from that verification.

Age Restriction

m77 services are available to users aged 21+ only. Players must confirm they are 21 or older at the time of registration. m77 has the right to verify a player's age. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be closed immediately and any funds held will not be refunded.

m77 takes the responsibility of protecting minors from gambling seriously. Parents and family members are encouraged to read m77's Responsible Gaming page for effective tools to help prevent underage access.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposit methods available on m77 include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks; deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please note that processing times may occasionally vary due to banking procedures.

  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method registered on the player's account; transfers to third-party accounts will not be made.
  • Withdrawals can only be requested after the wagering requirement linked to any bonus funds has been met.
  • m77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal without prior notice if necessary; the reason for doing so will be communicated to the player.

4.3 Currency and Taxation

All deposits and withdrawals on the m77 platform are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only. Players are solely responsible for any local tax obligations related to their gaming winnings or prize money, and m77 takes no responsibility in that regard.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

m77's first deposit welcome bonus is 150% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks. The bonus can only be withdrawn after this amount has been wagered.

Another example — deposit 680,000 Ks, receive a 500,000 Ks bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of 1,180,000 Ks. The wagering requirement of 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Cancellation

If m77 detects any violation of bonus terms, gameplay that could be considered bonus abuse, or any attempt to destabilise m77's promotion system, m77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.3 Promotion Period

Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement for promotions must be completed within 30 days from the date of a player's first deposit. If this period expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP and Cashback

m77's VIP rewards programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. m77 determines the method and timeline for tier upgrades and will notify players in advance.

Game Rules

6.1 Game Validity

A game is only considered registered when there are sufficient funds in the account balance. Interruptions due to connection loss, server errors, or technical issues are determined using m77's records.

6.2 Software Errors

If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software bug or technical issue, m77 will void that result and refund the stake to the player. Any game played after a bug has been discovered is considered to have been played with knowledge of that bug, and winnings from such games will not be paid out.

6.3 Right to Restrict Activity

m77 reserves the right to restrict any game, limit transaction amounts, and investigate unusual gameplay patterns. Such actions should not be taken as implying any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using the m77 platform—

  • Conducting money laundering or using an account for such purposes
  • Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to servers or software
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated playing software
  • Colluding with other parties to manipulate gameplay (chip dumping)
  • Spreading false information about any of our services
  • Copying, distributing, or using any content on the website for commercial purposes without official written permission from m77

If any of these activities are detected, m77 reserves the right to immediately close the account, withhold funds, and report the related activity.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by m77

m77 reserves the right to close any player account with or without prior notice. Reasons for doing so include—

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Detection of illegal activity
  • Suspicious money laundering activity
  • Abuse of the promotion system
  • Player's own request for self-exclusion

8.2 Closure by Player

Players can contact m77 customer service at any time to close their account. Any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements will not be withdrawn at the time of closure, but any genuine counter balance will be paid out as normal.

Players' personal information will only be shared with service providers connected to our Privacy Policy (including payment method providers) as permitted, and will never be sold to any third party for advertising purposes.

Limitation of Liability

m77 makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly; however, m77 is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the following causes—

  • Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)
  • Internet connection failures or technical issues on the player's side
  • Personal data leaks resulting from the use of third-party software, whether installed by the player or not
  • Financial losses resulting from errors in betting decisions

m77's liability shall not exceed the amount equal to the genuine counter balance in the player's account at the time of the loss.

Changes to Terms

m77 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

All players should read this page regularly before continuing to use the service. Continued use of the service after any amendments are made will be considered as acceptance of the changes.

If the account is closed at your own request, your real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via your registered payment method.
